Leesland Park is an elongated park with everything from a community orchard, to a skate park, play park, outdoor gym and sensory garden. Combined with its paths, open space, and links to the cycle/walking routes, this is a great place reaching lots of local communities. There is an active Friends of Leesland Park group who arrange work days and local events, plus a book and seed swap. This park is well worth a visit- for a walk, explore, to fly a kite or relax in lovely surroundings.
